You have a maximum of 14 days after you received the package to make a return or exchange.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct(in color or size), and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
1. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take a photo of the item and of the shipping packaging it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send it to support@chicif.com.
2. There will be some professional suggestions for your order. And our service team will provide you return address with the detailed instructions.
3. Please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and drop off your package at the local post office to make sure they arrive safely.
4. We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
5. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Chicif cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to chicif.com. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order.
1. Please contact us within 14 days starting from the day you have received your order.
2. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without proper returns requests. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.
4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.
5. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-CHICIF products.
Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

As our artists start to work and design your order as soon as it is placed, you can not apply for a full refund even if it hasn't been produced.
a. If you need to cancel your order within 24 hours after being placed, we can offer you a partial refund where $6 (price of digital printed design) will be deducted from the full refund as the designing work has already been put in.
b. If it has been more than 24 hours after you placed the order and your package has not been shipped, we can only offer you a half refund because your customized product is being produced and is almost completed.
c. If your order has been shipped, you can not apply for any type of refund.
d. If for some reason you'd like us to draw a new design from a different photo(before the order been shipped), you need to pay $6 per new photo as we will start a new design from scratch.

d. If for some reason you'd like us to draw a new design from a different photo(before the order been shipped), you need to pay $20 per new photo as we will start a new design from scratch.
Damaged Products
Although we monitor every step during the production process, there might be some mistakes consist. If you received a damaged item, kindly send photos of the damaged item to support@chicif.com, and we'll send a replacement after checking with our workshop.
